Army Of Darkness was filmed with two different endings, due to studio pressure for an upbeat finale.

Versions of the film range from 81 minutes to 96 (director's original cut).

Cameos include: Bridget Fonda, Don and Charlie Campbell (Bruce's dad and brother) and Ted Raimi.

Tim Quill, who plays the blacksmith, is an old friend of Raimi and Campbell
and appeared in a few of their early Super 8 movies.
